Delivery Driver
Kikka sushi is looking for an energetic, hardworking, dependable, Delivery Driver who will be a team player too!
Report to: Central Kitchen at 6:00am, located at 3434 Enterprise Ave., Hayward, CA 94545
Shift: 5 days a week only, working Monday – Saturday (Saturdays when there is a Holiday), 6:00am – 3:00pm.
Driver responsibilities:
- Using company cargo van, deliver orders to customers, at multiple locations throughout the Northern California area, from warehouse to stores and from store to store
- Pick up produce / supplies / orders from other companies, making sure all orders are accounted for and correct and return to our warehouse
- Help unpack and put away shipment in the warehouse as needed
- Insuring all proper paperwork, payment (checks) and signatures are collected.
- Communicate information given to and from customers.
- Complete and turn all paperwork before going home
Pay: Per SB1182 $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, not negotiable.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
- 1 year previous delivery driver experience preferred
- Must be comfortable driving a cargo van.
- Lift and carry up to 50 - 75 pounds
- Be self-motivated and responsible
- Have excellent time management skills
- Demonstrate good communication skills to work with customers and other team members
- Be able and willing to work weekends, holidays, and over time.
- Be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Be 18 years of age or older
