Job Overview
For a new locally owned home care agency serving Lake County, Florida. As we prepare to launch, we are building a pipeline of compassionate, dependable caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of pediatrics, seniors and adults who need assistance at home.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments and errands (if applicable)
- Document care provided and communicate changes to the office
What We're Looking For
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional caregivers
- Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, or in-home caregiver preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred HOWEVER, we are willing to help provide education/training needed to get CNA license.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Experience:
- Home care: 1 year (Preferred)
- Home health: 1 year (Preferred)
