- Perform drug and alcohol testing using various collection methods.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the testing process.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations during sample collection.
- Prepare and transport samples to designated laboratories as needed.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct preliminary screenings and follow established protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in drug testing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical or laboratory setting preferred.
