Attorney, Civil Litigation (Remote – Texas)
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

We are seeking a Texas Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position based in Texas; however, daily in-person court appearances are required. Because court assignments may occur throughout the state, travel is required, and the ideal candidate must have the flexibility to travel as needed to attend hearings and other court-related matters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend daily in-person court appearances and hearings throughout all phases of litigation.
- Travel throughout the State of Texas as needed to meet court schedules and business needs.
- Prepare, review, and sign pleadings in a high-volume litigation practice.
- Resolve contested matters professionally with opposing parties and counsel.
- Maintain positive working relationships with judges, court personnel, opposing counsel, and clients.
- Follow established legal processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Managing Attorney and other members of the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in the State of Texas (required).
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the State of Texas as required.
- Flexibility to accommodate changing court schedules and travel demands.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Additional Information
This position reports directly to our Managing Attorney, a member of the Executive Team, and works closely with other key leaders across the firm.
