Full-Time | $21/hour + Monthly Performance Bonus
Prime Wellness Spa is a growing holistic wellness clinic looking for an experienced Medical Assistant who is ready to step into a leadership role. We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and patient-focused professional who can help manage the daily operations of our clinic while providing exceptional patient care and educating clients on our wellness services.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in both the front and back office, is confident discussing wellness recommendations, and has a passion for helping people improve their health naturally.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and provide an outstanding patient experience.
- Review health history forms and conduct wellness intakes.
- Educate patients on our wellness therapies and recommend customized treatment plans.
- Present and close wellness packages and memberships.
- Perform Medical Assistant duties in both the front and back office.
- Assist with patient treatments and maintain treatment rooms.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Help oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Support community outreach, events, and clinic marketing initiatives.
- Help build and grow a startup wellness clinic through teamwork and leadership.
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification or registration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical Assistant experience.
- Leadership or management experience preferred.
- Experience in a wellness clinic, med spa, chiropractic, integrative, functional medicine, or concierge practice is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable educating patients and recommending treatment plans.
- Sales experience or the ability to confidently present wellness packages is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with a passion for health and wellness.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- Wednesdays off
- Some Saturdays are required
Compensation
- $21.00 per hour
- Monthly performance bonuses based on production and package sales
