We're looking for an experienced Front of House Manager who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and leads with energy, accountability, and an ownership mentality. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences while building, coaching, and developing a high-performing front-of-house team.

What You'll Do - Lead the Front of House
- Oversee all front-of-house operations during your shift.
- Ensure every guest receives outstanding hospitality from the moment they arrive until they leave.
- Manage dining room flow, wait times, seating, and overall guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Lead by example while creating a positive, energetic culture for both guests and employees.
Recruit, Train & Develop the Team
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new front-of-house team members.
- Train, coach, and develop hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to help employees grow.
- Foster accountability while recognizing and developing future leaders.
Drive Restaurant Performance
- Create staff schedules that balance excellent guest service with labor goals.
- Monitor labor costs and staffing levels throughout each shift.
- Manage cash handling, discounts, voids, comps, and other controllable costs.
- Partner with the kitchen leadership team to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Assist with catering coordination and special events as needed.
Maintain Operational Excellence
- Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards are consistently followed.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain organization throughout the restaurant while ensuring company standards are met.
- Utilize and help train staff on POS systems and restaurant procedures.
- Anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and make decisions in the best interest of the business.
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant management experience required.
- Proven experience recruiting, hiring, training, and leading teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Goal-driven with an ownership mentality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience managing labor, scheduling, and controlling operational costs.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
