A brand-new Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and cocktail bar opening soon in the heart of Downtown Sarasota is looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Servers to join the opening team.
We are creating a lively and stylish atmosphere centered around Mediterranean food, small plates, dishes to share, craft cocktails, wine, draft beer, aperitivo, and social dining.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable explaining food, cocktails, wine, and menu recommendations
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Experience in upscale casual dining, high-volume restaurants, wine, cocktails, or Mediterranean/European concepts is a plus.
