Position Summary:
Preschool department leads are responsible for teaching and all logistics regarding Preschool and Children 5 and under including roll, lesson planning, Set up, cleaning and parent communication. Leads are additionally responsible for planning a fun and engaging experience for all students to progress in, and answering any questions potential students and parents may have. Leads are responsible for the cleanliness of the facility and take pride in keeping a clean organized gym for our students.
Leads also work closely with coaches and management to ensure all student needs are communicated. All employees are role models to our students and should be prepared to represent the Be the G brand to the highest standard.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
- Be knowledgeable in all departmental aspects of Flip 2 It policies and procedures
- Take roll for every class
- Can lead with authority.
- Maintain a positive attitude and arrive to shifts on time
- Always uphold highest standard of professionalism in appearance and behavior
- Behave in a manner appropriate to our all our customers
- Develop caring relationships with students and help provide the best experience
· Coach Check-Ins: Conduct weekly check-ins with each preschool coach.
· Training Provision: Provide training for new preschool coaches and update training sheets.
· Monthly Training: Hold sessions focused on skills, childhood development, and class management.
· Lesson Planning: Create lesson plans every two weeks and ensure coaches are utilizing them effectively. - Look over your one-sheets and Notions.
· Department Growth: Grow the preschool department by 10% and ensure classes flow appropriately.
· Event Planning: Coordinate with the marketing department for events that boost revenue.
· Support staff, problem-solve in real time, and model strong leadership

Certification & Education Requirements:
· Driver’s License prefered
· Coaching experience preferred
· Gymnastics experience preferred
· CPR and first aid certification preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
