Responsibilities

- Collect and analyze data related to product or service quality, preparing reports for management review.
- Support training initiatives by providing guidance on quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, resolve discrepancies, and optimize workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions taken.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements by suggesting innovative solutions based on observations.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures precisely.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and reporting findings clearly.
- Prior experience in quality assurance, inspection, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with data entry and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
