We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Assistant Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Help implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development and learning.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for all children.
- Provide care for children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met.
- Manage classroom activities effectively, promoting positive behavior and cooperation among children.
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to support each child's individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized classroom.
- Provide first aid as necessary and respond to emergencies in accordance with established procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in childcare or as a daycare teacher is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education.
- Strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment.
- Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.
- First aid certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to engage children through creative activities such as arts, crafts, music, and play.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A nurturing attitude with a genuine love for working with young children.
