Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish a classroom culture that is safe, collaborative, celebratory, and intellectually challenging for all students, and that learning goals for all students are met;
- Monitor and supervise effective classroom and school-wide structures that promote active, student-driven learning and positive student behavior and safety;
- Maintain an orderly, academically-focused classroom environment
- Participation on committees as needed and appropriate
Requirements
- Experience: Min 2 years in classroom settings
- Education: college graduate, certified or certifiable or 2 years and above experience in school setting.
- Teacher certification is NOT required for this role but desirable
- Local to Polk County or allocating to Polk
