Dental Assistant | Privately Owned, Fee-for-Service Dental Practice
Pay: $24.00–$30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | Full-Time
We are a privately owned, fee-for-service dental practice in Dunedin seeking a Dental Assistant who is dependable, personable, and comfortable with restorative dentistry.
We are not a high-volume office. We focus on quality dentistry, strong patient relationships, and providing enough time to do things well.
We're looking for someone who can step into a chairside role comfortably, communicates naturally with patients, and is willing and able to quickly learn the specific way our doctor and team work.
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate has prior chairside dental assisting experience and is comfortable with restorative dentistry, including:
- Crown and bridge procedures
- Fabricating provisional crowns
- Retraction cord placement
- Digital impressions and modern restorative workflows
- Composite restorations
- Implant restorative procedures are a plus
You do not need to know everything.
We are happy to teach someone who learns quickly and takes feedback well. What matters most is that you have a solid dental assisting foundation, are dependable, take pride in your work, and genuinely enjoy treating patients with kindness and respect.
About the Office
We are a small, relationship-focused private practice centered primarily around restorative dentistry, including:
- Crowns and bridges
- Composite restorations
- Implant restorations
- Cosmetic dentistry
- Comprehensive restorative cases
We intentionally avoid an assembly-line approach to dentistry. Patients are scheduled with enough time to provide thoughtful, high-quality care, and our team has the opportunity to genuinely get to know the people we treat.
