Every day is different—one moment you’re towing a stranded boat, and the next, you’re dropping fuel to a vessel miles offshore or freeing a grounded boat from a tricky sandbar.
If you are a problem solver, can make quick decisions under pressure, and want to help boaters get back to their adventures, this is the job for you.
A Day in the Life of a Marine Towing Captain:
- Respond to calls for assistance and be the hero who saves the day for boaters in need.
- Perform on the water services like towing, fuel delivery, battery jumps, and ungrounding vessels.
- Salvage operations—get hands-on experience rescuing and recovering vessels.
- Keep our vessels shipshape with regular maintenance and inspections.
- Accurately log reports and notes to ensure smooth operations.
- Be prepared for anything—each day brings a new challenge on the water!
Where We’re Hiring:
We’re looking for Captains based in Venice, Grand Isle & Lafitte to cover the waters of southern Louisiana
What You Need:
- USCG Master’s License with a Near Coastal rating
- Commercial Assistance Towing Endorsement
- SCUBA certification (PREFERRED but not required)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Pay: $20,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
