KNEAD Hospitality + Design is seeking a talented Sous Chef for our restaurant, Mi Casa Philly. As Sous Chef, you'll support kitchen leadership in daily operations, ensuring quality and consistency across the menu. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef/Executive Chef, you'll be part of an amazing team of culinary professionals.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years cooking experience, with some supervisory experience preferred
- Prior experience in a similar kitchen leadership role
- Experience with Mexican or Latin American cuisine required
- College degree or certification in culinary/hospitality field preferred but not required
- Experience with menu standards and plating guidelines
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
