Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Finance to own financial operations across multiple healthcare facilities (assisted living and memory care homes) in 15+ states, driving margin, compliance, and cash strategy. This role will involve accounting, financial planning, reporting, and cash management while partnering with clinical and operations leadership to drive margin and compliance across multiple sites.

Responsibilities
- Direct all financial operations for multiple entities across 15+ states, ensuring accurate multi-entity reporting.
- Lead and scale on-shore and off-shore teams, improving close speed and accuracy.
- Manage month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for operational stability.
- Oversee QuickBooks and Bill.com workflows; reduce AP/AR cycle times across multiple entities.
- Prepare executive dashboards and board-ready packages to inform strategic capital decisions.
Qualifications
- Must: 5+ years leading finance in healthcare (assisted living or long-term care)
- Must: Hands-on QuickBooks and Bill.com experience in multi-entity environments.
- Must: Proven audit, compliance, and month-end close discipline.
- Nice-to-have: Advanced Excel and BI reporting tool proficiency.
