Hourly Contract Position
Our company is looking for a home staging styling assistant with a minimum of two years of experience in the home staging/design field. Our warehouse is located in the Richmond District in San Francisco, and most of our work is within San Francisco.
**APPLICANT MUST LIVE WITHIN SF CITY LIMITS**
This is an hourly position, with availability needed Monday-Friday. Hours will range between 25-30hrs per week. (This role is seasonal and has potential to slow down during winter months, but 15-20 hours can still be expected.)
We are looking for an experienced stylist that aligns with our brand style, ethos, and pace. (We are a busy company with room for growth!)
Duties
- Assist senior stylists in prepping for our installs.
- Pack and unpack accessories, linens, lamps, etc. and assist in styling of the homes.
- Direct movers on furniture and rug placement
- Ensure each room has the proper furniture and accessories that correlate with our notes and labeling system.
- Keep the work areas organized and clean
- Understanding each home and projects needs
- Maintain consistent style throughout the homes and your styling
- Help keep our warehouse organized and clean with unpacking boxes, clearing surface space, etc.
- Understand the Awhile brand and maintain our brand image
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid drivers license and ability to drive yourself to our warehouse & job sites throughout San Francisco and Marin
- Extremely detail oriented, paying close attention to all aspects of staging process from picking inventory to installing on-site
- Interested in the design field and stays up to date on changing trends
- Self-motivated and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Duties include but not limited to packing, lifting, & unpacking accessories and art placement & hanging
- Work with a team of 3-4 movers and 1-3 other stylists
- Excellent time management skills, hardworking, punctual, dependable, proactive, can do attitude, quick learner, and goal oriented.
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Willingness to learn new techniques in styling based on our brand image.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
