Role Summary
Located in Cassopolis, MI, we are looking for a focused and precise Machine Loader to support our production team. You will be essential to our daily operations, handling material loading and unloading tasks with high attention to detail. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy manual labor and excel in dynamic, high-speed settings.
Core Duties-
Input and remove materials from production equipment following established standards.

Help maintain a safe and productive workflow by handling all supplies with care.

Observe equipment performance and notify management of any malfunctions.

Keep the workstation tidy to support a safer and more streamlined workspace.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all safety regulations.

Support inventory tracking by monitoring supply consumption and identifying shortages.

Work alongside colleagues to ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.
Required Skills and Experience-
Completion of secondary education or a GED is preferred.

Prior background in warehouse or manufacturing settings is advantageous.

Capable of utilizing tools and machinery in a secure and proficient manner.
