What You'll Do
As an Event Assistant, you'll help our Picture Day events run smoothly by:
- Welcoming teams, coaches, and families with a friendly attitude
- Checking in teams for their scheduled appointments
- Answering basic questions and directing families where they need to go
- Guiding athletes through the photography process
- Keeping events organized and on schedule
- Assisting with setup and breakdown of event materials (lifting up to 30 lbs.)

- Have reliable transportation to/from event locations
- Available to work weekends during our busy spring season
No event experience is required—we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Schedule
Most shifts are:
- Weekends: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Some Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
We're especially looking for applicants available on:
August: 8, 15, 16, 22, 23, 30
September: 12, 13, 19, 20, 26
October: 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 11, 17, 18
Additional weekday afternoon shifts may also be available.

Hiring & Training Timeline
- Zoom Screening Calls: July 21–24
- In-Person Interviews: July 25 and July 27–29
- Mandatory In-Office Training: Saturday Morning, August 1
