Construction experience is preferred to answer phones and interact with our customers appropriately.

Objectives and Competencies:
The primary functions of the Clerical Support Associate include, but are not limited to:
- Be task and detail-oriented, specific to time sensitivity and order of priority.
- General administrative duties.
- Maintain the office’s professional environment and welcoming atmosphere.
- Confidently answering phones while identifying the appropriate point of contact for transfer.
- Function as direct support to Human Resources for the purpose of coordinating safety related training, creation of weekly PowerPoint slides, and the maintenance of all employees annual training compliances.
- Function as direct support to the Executive Assistant to manage printer maintenance, IT assistance in onboarding employees, phone bill reconciliation, weekly meeting preparation.
- Marketing related duties include purchasing, errands, event preparation, post event organization, signage.
- Purchasing and maintaining office supply stock.
- Specific attention to detail when updating or editing any branded materials or business content.
- Manage multiple interoffice calendars for the purpose of scheduling.
- Assisting staff with various tasks related to multiple jobs, functions, and events.
- Perform general office errands and be willing to assist in researching items for purchases across multiple departments.
- Provide technical assistance and communicate service orders on office-wide copiers and printers.
- Primary contact for all project deliveries and office materials.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have high efficiency in computer use and email platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Offers a self-initiative, organized concept and possesses the ability to multitask.
Education and Experience: The Clerical Support Associate at FED Corporation should have at least one year of experience according to the essential functions and competencies provided. This person should be confident in their ability to provide excellent customer service, willing and able to ask questions, and pay extreme attention to task-oriented details. Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged seated desk time while performing computer work. Must be able to bend, lift, and carry supplies and materials up to twenty pounds.
