Solid Ground is a production brewery and winery located in Diamond Springs, just outside of Placerville. We have a small, fast paced kitchen that is managed under our Chef. Everything is scratch made with high quality ingredients with a high level of creativity. We are looking for an experienced line cook to join our team. This position includes base plus tip pooling with front of house. Depending on experience position will make between $22.50-$24/hr including base plus tip pooling. *Note this includes TIPS AND BASE. Tips average $4.5/hr. Base will be negotiated DOE. 40 Hours per week.
- Minimum 1 year of line cook experience
- Calm professional demeanor and willing to learn in an open kitchen
- Competitive pay with experience and sizable tip pooling with front of house
- Strong line cook that can work in a small kitchen under a classically trained chef
- Strong prep skills
- Option for 401K with employer matching after first year
- 40hrs/week. 4-10's! Great to maximize free time
Position will include working the line, lots of prep, and making ingredients from scratch.
