The Role
We're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated social media content creator/manager to own our brand presence across all social platforms. You'll be the visual and verbal voice of Cellara Pain Institute, producing content that educates, builds trust, and connects with patients in our community. This is a hands-on, on-site role ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands the nuances of healthcare communication, and can turn clinical expertise into approachable, engaging content.

What You'll Do
- Plan, create, and schedule original content (photo, video, graphics, written posts) across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with practice goals and seasonal/health awareness campaigns
- Capture content on-site, including provider interviews, patient education segments, behind-the-scenes footage, and facility highlights
- Write clear, compassionate, and compliant copy that reflects our brand voice
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting on reach, engagement, and growth
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in healthcare marketing
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to source content ideas and ensure accuracy
- Ensure all content adheres to HIPAA guidelines and relevant healthcare advertising regulations
What We're Looking For
- Experience in social media management or content creation is a plus, but we welcome motivated students and early-career applicants
- A portfolio or examples demonstrating skills in photography, videography, and/or graphic design
- Proficiency with content creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
- Working knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools
- Understanding of HIPAA and the sensitivity required when creating healthcare content (or a willingness to learn)
- Self-starter who can manage projects independently while collaborating with a team
- Comfortable being on-site and capturing content in a clinical environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in a medical or pain management setting
- Familiarity with paid social advertising and campaign management
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles
