Position Summary
As a member of our warehouse team, your primary focus will be the oversight of inventory levels, the handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, and the precise documentation of all materials. You will collaborate with internal departments, logistics partners, and freight providers to ensure our supply chain functions smoothly and effectively.
Core Duties

Execute inventory reconciliation and cycle counts within the SAP environment.

Manage the loading and unloading of goods while confirming that shipments align with provided paperwork.

Prepare orders for distribution by picking, packing, and shipping through freight carriers and UPS WorldShip.

Handle RMA processing, inventory adjustments, and equipment de-installations.

Monitor transit status to help ensure timely deliveries and resolve any inventory discrepancies.

Keep our system records and transaction logs updated for maximum accuracy.

Provide support for shipment requests that occur outside of standard business hours when necessary.
Essential Requirements

Completion of a High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum of one year working in a warehouse setting.

Prior exposure to systems used for warehouse management.

Fundamental proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and utilize standard warehouse machinery.
Desired Qualifications

Direct experience utilizing SAP or SAP WM software.

Previous work history within telecom material handling or distribution centers.
