Studio & Social Media Assistant (Part-Time)

Colleen Rosar Design is looking for a highly organized, positive, and proactive Studio & Social Media Assistant to help support our growing interior design firm.
This position is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in interior design, social media, marketing, or creative business operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, loves organization, takes initiative, and is excited to learn the behind-the-scenes operations of a luxury residential design studio.
This is a part-time position, three days per week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for growth as the company continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and scheduling
- Assist with social media content creation, posting, and engagement
- Organize and maintain the design library, samples, and materials
- Support project coordination and studio operations
- Communicate with vendors and assist with order tracking
- Prepare materials for client meetings and presentations
- Assist with installations, photoshoots, and project-related activities
- Manage incoming deliveries and organize project inventory
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming studio environment
- Provide day-to-day support to the design team
Qualifications
- Student or recent graduate preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
- Interest in interior design, marketing, social media, or creative businesses
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with Instagram, Pinterest, Canva, or similar platforms
- AutoCAD knowledge is a plus and may qualify for higher compensation
- Previous internship or office experience is beneficial but not required
Compensation
$20–$25 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
