Eastern Region Associates is one of New England's leading sales agencies in the kitchen and cabinetry industry. We are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and dependable Office Administrator to become a key member of our team.
This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate and their ability to take ownership of responsibilities and drive results. Part-time will need to fall in the range of 7:00am to 2pm (example 7am-12pm or 9am-2pm etc) the job would require interacting during business hours.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you'll help support one of New England's leading kitchen cabinetry sales organizations. You'll work closely with our field sales representatives, manufacturers, dealers, and internal team members to keep projects moving and customers supported.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sales Support & Customer Service
- Assist sales representatives with day-to-day administrative support
- Process credit requests and customer adjustments
- Apply for and track manufacturer promotions, discounts, and special pricing programs
- Prepare new dealer account paperwork, credit applications, and setup documents
- Coordinate communications between manufacturers, dealers, and sales representatives
- Assist with order tracking, issue resolution, and customer follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer and dealer records
- Support sales meetings, training events, and special projects
Operations & Administration
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and office communications
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Order office supplies and assist with general office operations
- Help improve internal processes and workflows
Accounting & Financial Support
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Invoicing and payment tracking
- Payroll processing
- Bank reconciliations
- Financial record maintenance
- Assistance with budgeting and reporting
- QuickBooks data entry and account management

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving. You're highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities at once.
You enjoy helping customers, supporting a sales team, solving problems, and creating systems that improve efficiency with a positive disposition.
Experience in kitchen cabinetry, construction, building materials, manufacturing, distribution, or a sales support environment is a plus, but not required.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
