About Us:
Rocco Vending LLC is a growing amusement machine company. We place modern prize and arcade machines inside shopping malls and retail centers.
This is a long-term, structured monthly role with the opportunity to grow as additional machines are added in the area.
Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help service and maintain a small group of amusement machines inside The Shops at Liberty Place.
This is a part-time role for someone who is dependable, communicates well, and takes pride in keeping things clean, stocked, and running properly. This location is important to us, so we are looking for someone who will treat it seriously and help us keep everything looking professional.
Main Responsibilities
- Visiting the mall 1 time per month
- Checking machines for proper operation
- Light troubleshooting and basic issue reporting
- Keeping machines clean, presentable, and customer-ready
- Refilling prizes / merchandise as needed
- Collecting cash and following simple reporting instructions
- Sending photos and updates after each visit
- Notifying us quickly if a machine has an issue or needs extra attention
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and able to follow clear instructions
- Professional and respectful in a retail / mall environment
- Mechanical ability is required
- Comfortable working around arcade or amusement machines, basic wiring, minor repairs, and hands-on service work
- Able to respond quickly when service issues come up
- Able to send email updates after visits, including needed parts, prizes, or supply orders
- Must be able to store a small amount of inventory for the account (about 1–2 boxes)
- Prior vending, arcade, route service, maintenance, or field service experience is strongly preferred
Compensation
- $160 per service visit (one visit per month)
- Includes 1 routine service visit per month
- Flexible scheduling in most cases, as long as the visit is completed properly and on time
- Each visit is expected to take around 2 hours total, including cleaning the game, checking its function, collecting meter information, and collection + depositing cash
- During busier seasons, additional visits may be needed and will be paid separately
- If service issues come up outside of normal visits, extra trips will be compensated accordingly
