The Role & Impact
- Strategic Advocacy: Act as the primary representative and "voice of the owner" from pre-design through final closeout.
- Risk Mitigation: Conduct constructability reviews and risk analyses to help clients avoid costly pitfalls.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate the efforts of architects, engineers, contractors, and municipalities to ensure project harmony.
- Full Lifecycle Management: Develop and track project budgets, schedules, and technical documentation with clinical precision.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in project management, field supervision, or owner-side roles.
- Technical Edge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project; AutoCAD is a plus.
- Mobility: Valid NYS driver’s license and the ability to travel locally.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
