In this vital role, you will operate a Tractor hauling Flatbed and Dry vans across long-distance routes, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of freight to various destinations. Your expertise in commercial truck driving, logistics cargo handling, and adherence to safety regulations will keep our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers on OTR routes, including flatbeds, and Dry vans ensuring compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards
- Plan routes using GPS navigation systems to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency across long-distance routes
- Live Loads. Secure cargo to Flatbed safely.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and vehicle inspections in accordance with FMCSA regulations
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips; report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols related to any oversized loads.
Driver Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- 2-5 years of Over-the-Road (OTR) driving experience
- Proven experience in Flatbed
- Knowledge of truck loading and unloading procedures, including freight handling for trailers, flatbeds.
- Understanding of FMCSA regulations, DOT requirements, hazardous materials regulations, and safety standards for commercial trucking
- Ability to manually handle cargo safely and efficiently during load & unload processes
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service excellence
