- Utilize salon software like Vagaro for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing retail sales efficiently.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations regularly to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- Offer expert advice on hair care products and upsell retail items to boost sales while educating clients on proper maintenance.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries professionally.

Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry.
- Skilled in using salon software like Vagaro for appointment booking and client management.

- Strong communication skills to understand client needs and deliver personalized service confidently.
- Experience with retail sales, upselling strategies, and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities.
