Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients
- Follow recipes and instructions provided by the cook
- Assist with cooking and baking tasks as needed
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Set up dining areas, including tables, chairs, and tableware
- Serve meals to residents or patients
- Bussing tables and clearing dishes after meals
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with residents or patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Located at Go Ye Village, Carson’s Food Management provides, and serves the meals to the residents of the retirement community.
Shifts:
*Full-time - Part-time
*6:00AM-2:00pm & 11:00am-7:00PM
*Open 365 days a year
Must be available to work any shift any day!
