Epic EMR experience is preferred

Active Iowa RN license or Compact RN license required

Minimum 3 years of RN experience required

At least 2 years of experience performing OASIS assessments and care planning for in-home patients required

Responsible for the comprehensive nursing care of patients in their home environment

Participates in the department's on-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays (one in four)
