CDL-A OWNER-OPERATORS WANTED

Stellar Transportation is seeking experienced CDL-A Owner-Operators who want to partner with a carrier focused on keeping trucks loaded and moving. We are expanding our fleet and currently have immediate opportunities for a limited number of owner-operators.

What We Offer
- Average Gross Truck Revenue: $30,000-$35,000 per month
- Top-performing trucks have exceeded $40,000 in gross monthly revenue
- Direct shipper freight with dedicated customers instead of chasing load boards
- Dedicated One-On-One dispatcher assigned to every truck
- Minimal deadhead (typically under 50 miles)
- Fuel card available
- Fuel planning team helps route drivers through lower-cost fuel stops
- Company trailer leasing available if needed (owner's trailer preferred)
- Weekly settlements
- Quick Pay available (3% fee)
- Motive ELD required (driver cost applies)
- No inward-facing cameras
- Owner-Operators throughout the continental United States are welcome to apply
Freight
- Regional and Over-the-Road freight throughout the continental United States
- Dry van freight
- Approximately 97% live load / live unload (No touch freight)
- Reefer trailers accepted (hauled as dry van freight)
- Typical freight includes palletized consumer products, doors, sauces and other dry freight
Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 19
- Minimum 1 year Class A CDL experience
- Dry Van trailer required (company trailer leasing available if needed)
- Must pass DOT drug screen
- Must meet insurance requirements
Compensation
This is an Owner-Operator opportunity.
The compensation shown on this posting represents average gross truck revenue before management fees and normal operating expenses (fuel, insurance, trailer rental if applicable, ELD and other operating costs).
Management Fee
- Solo Trucks – 12%
- Team Trucks – 10%
Home Time
Drivers may request home time with advance notice. Most drivers stay out based on their own income goals while working closely with dispatch to schedule time off.
