Dental Front Desk

Full Time | $15.15 to $18.00 per hour
Dynamic Dentistry is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and dependable person to join our team at the front desk!
Dental experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person. If you are professional, well spoken, detail oriented, comfortable working with people, and willing to learn, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As part of our front desk team, you will help create a great experience for our patients from the moment they call or walk through the door. Responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting patients
- Greeting and checking patients in and out
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Verifying dental insurance benefits
- Entering and updating patient information
- Helping maintain an organized and efficient front office
- Communicating with patients regarding appointments and insurance
- Working closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
Experience Is a Plus, Not a Requirement
We are happy to provide training for someone who is a great fit for our team. Previous experience in customer service, reception, banking, hospitality, medical offices, insurance, or other professional settings can translate very well into this position.
If you already have dental front office experience, even better! Experience with Eaglesoft, dental insurance verification, or reading and understanding EOBs would be a big plus.

Schedule
Monday through Friday, approximately 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Hours may vary depending on the patient schedule.
Pay & Benefits
$15.15 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
