Location: Port Charlotte, FL
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $28 - $38.00 per hour
Charlotte Bay Rehab and Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping residents regain independence, improve daily functioning, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Assist with resident evaluations and the development of individualized treatment plans
Support residents in performing daily living activities and therapeutic exercises
Promote rehabilitation goals while monitoring and documenting resident progress
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality outcomes
Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with all regulatory standards
Current Florida State COTA License
Experience using Net Health
Prior long-term care experience preferred
