At Peace Care is a growing ABA agency committed to providing compassionate, high-quality, and culturally responsive services to children and families across New Jersey. We are currently seeking a Part-Time BCBA to join our clinical team.
What You’ll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Supervise and support RBTs delivering direct ABA services

Provide parent training and collaborate with caregivers

Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed

Complete clinical documentation and treatment reports in a timely manner

Ensure services meet ethical, clinical, and insurance standards

What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- NJ Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligible for NJ licensure
Experience working with children on the autism spectrum

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills

Comfortable with a flexible, part-time caseload

Experience with insurance-based ABA services is a plus
