AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN – RECON / SERVICE

Autolife by Master Auto Group is a growing family-owned automotive repair shop and reconditioning center for Master Auto Group in Raleigh, NC. We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team as we continue building and growing our operation.
This position will focus heavily on dealership recon work, inspections, diagnostics, brakes, suspension, and general repair work, along with customer-pay service as the business continues to grow.
One of the biggest advantages of this position is consistent workflow. We recondition vehicles for Master Auto Group, giving our technicians a steady stream of work in addition to customer-pay repair orders.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, communicates well, and wants to grow long-term with a company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics
- Complete recon and mechanical repair work
- Brakes, suspension, steering, wheel bearings, maintenance, and general repairs
- Identify and communicate recommended repairs clearly
- Perform work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Assist with maintaining clean and organized work areas
- Work closely with management and service advisor to prioritize workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- Automotive repair experience required
- Own tools required
- Strong diagnostic and inspection skills
- Dependable and motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Experience with alignments is a plus
- Used car recon experience is a plus
