Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures and excellent guest service
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, and provide timely resolutions with professional phone etiquette
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by fostering positive guest relations and addressing concerns promptly
- Train and mentor team members in hospitality standards, customer service excellence, and hotel policies
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
