Summary
We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and related systems to ensure optimal performance of our equipment. Your expertise will play a vital role in supporting our landscaping operations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on diesel-powered equipment to ensure reliability.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Assemble and install components as needed for repairs or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engine repair techniques and practices.
- Familiarity with electrical systems related to diesel engines is a plus.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
