Dispatcher/Customer Service Position available for immediate start.
Our Dispatchers work very close with our technicians ensuring they are ready to get out into the field and assist our clients. Various other tasks including customer service, office duties and other assignments may be assigned as needed.
Shift will be M-F, 7am-4pm.
$25-30$ per hour depending on experience.
Job Duties:
- Utilize scheduling priorities, job locations & tech skills to schedule appointment times and arrange calls on the schedule
- Dispatch technicians using techs skills, priority level and location with use of map tools
- Keep technicians moving to minimize nonproductive time
- Confirm calls with accurate ETA, etc.
- Effectively communicate with other departments and managers
- Should have an attitude and mindset of serving and helping others
- Customer service in relatable industry
- Developed communication, organizational and multi- tasking skills,
- Prior experience is a HUGE plus!
