Full-Time Position
Marquis Home Care is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented Skilled Nursing Coordinator to support our clinical operations and help ensure exceptional patient care.
Coordinate and schedule skilled nursing visits
Communicate with patients, caregivers, nurses, and referral sources
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Assist with physician orders and care plan coordination
Monitor visit compliance and follow-up requirements
Support the nursing team with administrative and operational tasks
Ensure adherence to agency policies and regulatory requirements
Previous healthcare coordination, scheduling, or home care experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LCHSA) operations is a plus
