Position Summary
The Graphic Designer will support the team’s marketing and brand initiatives by creating compelling visual content across all platforms. This role plays a key part in delivering a consistent visual identity for the organization, delivering high-impact creative for fans, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce graphics for marketing campaigns and social media including gameday posts, player graphics, hype content, ticket sales collateral, sponsorship assets and more
Assist in creating gameday visuals, including real-time graphics and score updates
Collaborate with marketing, social media, game presentation, content, and video production teams to ensure all designs meet team needs and brand standards
Maintain and apply team brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all designs
Design print materials such as posters, signage, and fan-facing event visuals
Edit and adapt existing creative and design templates for different mediums and platforms
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, live sports environment, delivering high-quality designs
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating sports-style graphics, ticket sales/consumer product graphics, social media content, etc.
Technical proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite products
Motion graphic design experience is preferred
Proficiency in typography, color theory, and design principles to create impactful visuals
Strong written and oral communication skills – ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and collaborate with stakeholders and team members
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skill and flexibility to adjust designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
Knowledge of design trends and the ability to integrate them into deliverables
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and gamedays
