We are currently looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Kearny, NJ location. This individual will support office administration, bookkeeping, shipping, receiving and sales operations.
Requirement
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Take incoming phone calls.
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management and invoicing functions in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.
- Support office tasks as requested by management.
- Create shipments for outgoing products.
