What You Will Do (The Impact You’ll Make)

Benefits & Payroll: Assist with health and welfare enrollments, changes, and terminations while ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Welcome new hires, complete and maintain critical Form I-9 files, and assist with smooth departure processes.

Data & Reporting: Take charge of high-accuracy data entry, file maintenance, and pulling key reports.

Employee Relations: Provide superior, friendly internal customer service to our entire team and assist with the performance review process.
Who You Are (Your Skills & Experience)

Detail-Oriented & Trustworthy: You have the sound judgment required to safeguard confidential information.

Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and pick up new systems quickly.

A Motivated Multitasker: You manage multiple deadlines calmly under pressure with minimal supervision.

A Great Communicator: You are professional, courteous, and always bring a positive attitude.

Qualified: You have strong project management abilities and ideally 2–4 years of HR experience (though we are happy to train the right candidate).
