Position: Occupational Therapist
Work Schedule: Part to Full Time (24-40 hours)
We are looking for an experienced part-time to full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The Occupational Therapist provides developmental evaluations for infants and toddlers, develops recommendations for target outcomes, and provides direct services and parent coaching on strategies for daily routines. You will function as a collaborative member of the early support team by providing and receiving consultation as needed.
Steps is a non-profit agency established in 1985. We provide in home therapy, education, and parent support for children 0-36 months with developmental delays on Whidbey Island, San Juan County, and Anacortes, WA. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and experience working with infants and toddlers or equivalent.
- First Aid, Infant/Child CPR, and Bloodborne Pathogens training
- Demonstrate basic computer competency.

The compensation range for this position is $37.21-$57.26 per hour based on experience level and credentials of the candidate.
