Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate/Warehouse Driver and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
- Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems
- Assist with order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy items safely using proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and mechanical knowledge
- Support warehouse distribution by stocking shelves accurately and maintaining organized storage areas
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while following OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety regulations
- Perform routine maintenance checks on heavy equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly
Qualifications
- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in inventory management systems
- Valid forklift, reach truck, crane, or order picker certification preferred; experience operating pallet jacks is essential
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations such as OSHA standards and PPE use
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining proper manual handling techniques
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of warehouse equipment operation and basic troubleshooting skills
- Experience in shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials handling in a manufacturing or construction environment is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock stocking procedures
- Technical proficiency in warehouse management systems
- Valid Driver's License necessary
- Box Truck experience necessary
