As a Parasail Staff member at Parasail Joe‘s you will play an essential role in providing an unforgettable experience for our customers. These positions involve assisting with parasailing activities, ensuring safety and enjoyment while upholding our high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with sign up, parasailing equipment and safety procedures.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during parasailing activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers throughout the day.
- Help set up and take down parasailing equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for equipment maintenance.
- Willingness to learn about parasailing operations and safety measures.
- Previous experience in a recreational or outdoor activity setting is preferred.
