You are the engine of the spa, ensuring every room is a pristine, sanitary escape for our clients.

Responsibilities
- The Gold Standard of Clean: Maintain the pristine appearance of our facility. This includes deep-cleaning service rooms, common areas, and restrooms to ensure they are consistently "five-star" ready.
- Rapid Room Turnovers: Reset and sanitize treatment rooms quickly and effectively between sessions, ensuring every detail (from linen placement to lighting) is perfect.
- Facility Flow: Manage the "heavy lifting" of the spa—stocking supplies, managing laundry, and ensuring the BOH areas are organized and efficient.
- Opening/Closing Autonomy: Execute rigorous opening and closing checklists independently, ensuring the spa is safe, secure, and spotless for the next shift.
- Client Comfort: While primarily BOH, you will occasionally greet clients with a warm smile and assist with basic orientation to help them feel at home in our space.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years in a role that requires high-level cleanliness (Hospitality, Clinical, Fine Dining BOH, or High-End Housekeeping).
- The "Clean" Eye: A meticulous eye for detail—you notice the smudge on the glass or the towel that isn't folded quite right.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stay active for the entire shift, carry supplies up/down stairs, and work comfortably in wet/damp environments.
- Proactive Mindset: You are a self-starter who looks for things to clean or organize during downtime without being asked.
- Reliability: You understand that the spa cannot function without your support.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends. 2-3 shifts per week.
