Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations to foster a high-energy sales environment.
- Oversee recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates, onboarding new hires, and supporting employee orientation initiatives.
- Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory management to maintain accurate financial records and stock levels.
- Drive retail sales by implementing merchandising strategies, managing pricing policies, and executing marketing campaigns to attract customers.
- Supervise cash handling procedures, cashiering activities, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, and shift management to ensure operational integrity.
- Maintain organizational standards through inventory control, stock replenishment, store merchandising, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail or wireless sales environments with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills in both English and the target bilingual language; ability to connect with diverse customer bases.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development, and leadership.
- Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, budgeting, sales management, and store management principles.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory control tools, cash handling procedures, and merchandising techniques.
- Ability to multitask effectively with excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.
