We are seeking skilled and experienced Occupancy Specialists for upcoming opportunities near Washington, DC area. Our clients are looking for employees who have a great personality to process recertifications, make follow-up calls to schedule tours, provide excellent customer service, and help prospects find an amazing apartment they are excited to call home.
We offer part-time and full-time schedules + scattered schedules and single-day pick-ups!

As a Sales & Marketing Associate (Leasing Consultant), your primary responsibilities include:
- Reviewing household documentation for all affordable-housing applicants to ensure they're compliant.
- Converting leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood
- Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases
- Building brand loyalty by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar
- Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three weekends per month with two days off during the week
What You Bring to the Role:
- A customer-focused mentality
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and a passion to create and deliver engaging and distinctive content.
- A sharp professional appearance
- Sales aptitude
- Competent with various software, apps and computer programs
