A Brief Overview
Partners with the Arbitration Practice Administrators on arbitration case coordination. Coordinates administration and operations management within the arbitration practice team. Provides case management support as well as performs a wide variety of administrative, coordination, and program support activities.
Responsibilities:
What you will do

Communicates and meets with Arbitration Practice Administrators and local managers to discuss case issues.

Provides basic administrative support for the Arbitration Practice team.

Serves as Arbitration Practice Administrator apprentice, competent to provide coverage in their absence.

Develops overall Arbitration Practice Administrator skills, enhancing the client experience.

Supports clients and Arbitration Practice Administrators from receipt of demand through appointment and pass-off.

Other duties as assigned within similar scope.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related discipline. Preferred

2-4 years of working in an administrative or case management role. Required

2-4 years of working in legal and client service role. Plus

1-3 years For internal candidates, proven ability as an Administrative Assistant, Client Services (AACS), or similar position. Required

Proficiency in all ADR processes and procedures. (Required proficiency)

Knowledge of Panelists’ practice preferences in the local Resolution Center (RC). (Plus proficiency)

Computer literate and proficient in all software programs required for the position. (Required proficiency)
