Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Driver to grow our customer base while providing outstanding service to existing clients. This position combines outside sales with local deliveries, showroom support, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, meeting new people, and being on the road.
Responsibilities
- Visit showrooms to develop new business.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Deliver samples, marketing materials, and small customer orders.
- Follow up on quotes, projects, and customer inquiries.
- Promote new products and current inventory.
- Coordinate with the showroom and warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Load and unload materials and samples when necessary.
- Maintain a clean company vehicle and follow all traffic and safety regulations.
- Represent Raphael Stone CA professionally in the field.
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience preferred.
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
- Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and basic computer applications.
- Experience in the stone, countertop, tile, cabinetry, or building materials industry is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
